He is a Scottish actor and filmmaker popularly known for his role in Ken Loach’s My Name Is Joe. Peter Mullan was born on November 2, 1959, in Peterhead, Scotland.
His father is Charles Mullan who happened to be a lab technician at Glasgow University and his mother was, Patricia Mullan, a nurse. Peter has 7 other siblings as he is the eighth and last born of his family.
